Fruit Cocktail Cake - Wisconsin

Cake Mix:

2 c. flour

2 c. sugar

2 tsp. baking soda

2 eggs (beaten)

1 lg. can fruit cocktail

Topping:

1 Tbsp. cinnamon

1 c. brown sugar

1 c. nuts (finely chopped)

Mix cake ingredients together and beat for approximately 5 minutes. Pour into a greased cake pan. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top of cake mix. Bake at 375° F. for 50 minutes.
